Terms of Service
At Clairbliss, we strive to ensure you receive your orders promptly. Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirming the details.
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched from our in-house warehouse within 36-48 hours on business days.
- Delivery Time: For customers in Lahore, delivery takes 1-2 business days. For customers outside Lahore, it takes 3-5 business days.
- Out of Stock Items: If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you via phone call or message with an estimated restock date and new dispatch timeline.
- Shipping Charges: A flat shipping fee of PKR 200 applies to all orders within Pakistan. We use M&P, TCS, Leopard, and OCS for nationwide delivery.
- Order Delays: If your delivery is delayed, email us at clairblissofficial@gmail.com with your order number, or call our Customer Service Desk at +923121711100. You can also reach out on Instagram (@clairbliss) or Facebook (@clairbliss) for updates.
Exchange Policy
We have a straightforward exchange policy to facilitate our customers. Please follow these guidelines to exchange an item:
- Exchange Window: Items can be exchanged within 7 days of order placement.
- Packaging: The original packaging must be intact, with no tampering.
- Seal: The product seal must be unbroken.
Steps to Exchange an Item:
- Request Exchange: Email cliarblissofficial@gmail.com requesting an exchange. Include the reason for the exchange, your order number, and details of the item(s) being exchanged.
- Return Item: Send the original item with its packaging and seal intact to Clairbliss' Sales Return Department at 10/2, Alfalah town, Bedian road, Lahore.
- Receive Replacement: Once we receive the item, we will dispatch the replacement to your address.
- Additional Costs: Any price difference or additional shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
